West Nile Virus Research Project with the Montana INBRE Program

Mentors: Grant Hokit, Carroll College and Greg Johnson and Allen Harmsen, MSU
The primary goal of this project is to train undergraduate students to use spatial analysis tools and molecular detection/characterization methods to develop a landscape-scale model of WNV infection risk across Montana. The PI for this project will collaborate with mentors throughout the five years of the proposed project. Mentors for the project include Dr. Allen Harmsen and Dr. Greg Johnson of Montana State University and Dr. Grant Hokit of Carroll College.
